This policy outlines how cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled for all appointments and emergency calls. 1. General Guidelines We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and that sometimes it may be necessary to change or cancel your appointment. We simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible so that we can adjust our schedule and assist other customers in need of service. Appointments are confirmed only after a direct phone call or text message with one of our technicians or representatives. All payments are made in person once the service is completed, so there are no deposits or advance charges associated with cancellations. 2. Rescheduling If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly by phone or text at 929-365-4957. We kindly ask that you inform us at least a few hours before the scheduled service time so we can make the necessary adjustments. We will always do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time based on technician availability and service location. 3. Cancellations If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible using the same contact number. There is no penalty or fee for canceling, but we appreciate early notice so that our team can efficiently assist other customers. Frequent last-minute cancellations may limit future scheduling flexibility, as we prioritize customers with confirmed appointments and reliable communication. 4. Emergency Services For emergency lockout calls, we operate on an on-demand basis. Our technicians are dispatched immediately once a call is confirmed. If you no longer require emergency assistance, please inform us right away. Timely communication helps our team redirect resources to other customers who may be in urgent need of help. Since all payments are made in person after service completion, no charges will apply if you cancel before the technician has been dispatched. 5.
